Return Policy

All refunds and exchanges must be authorized via phone or email by a manager. After it is authorized you will receive a return authorization code via email. Please include this code in the package being returned.  Managers have the discretion to not authorize the return. 

Refunds are avialable up to 10 days after the package was post marked.

Exchanges or store credit is available up to 33 days after the package was post marked.

Textbooks can only be returned until the first Saturday after classes start. After that, all textbook sales are final. All lab manuals, course packs, and custom course materials are not returnable. 

All clearance items are final sale. Sale items will be refunded at the lowest price.
