Special Order & Drop Ship Policy

• Special Order Course Materials: Items marked as "Available for Special Order" are not currently in stock. Orders are placed with the publisher on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with delivery typically taking 7 to 10 business days. Once received, your order will be processed, and you will be notified via email or phone.

• Drop Ship Items: These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not available for in-store purchase. Drop ship orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days via UPS. Once shipped, a tracking number will be added to your order as a comment.

Please Note: Special order course materials and drop ship items cannot be returned or canceled once the order has been placed.
